Images of Tasmania

This is my 2nd year working with porcelain. I will never master obtaining the best quality from this soft smooth clay, but I am enjoying trying to manipulate some of the properties porcelain has. 

I have always favoured hand building, so pinch pots came naturally. Working two balls of clay into bowls, then joining them to make a bottle. No two are the same, so each is an individual. 

Recently I have coloured the porcelain, then marbling with the white body & other colours.
